Homemaker
Homemaker services provide basic housekeeping and care. The caregivers' responsibilities include light cleaning, assisting with food preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, communicating with the agency regarding scheduling or client concerns, respecting and maintaining client confidentiality, performing duties listed on the care plan or as instructed by agency coordinator, adhering to the professional standards, policies and procedures set out by the employer.

Companion
Companionship services ensure the well-being and safety of their clients, often providing emotional support and companionship. Their primary duties and responsibilities include: Provide companionship and emotional support to the client, Assist with daily tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping, Accompany clients to appointments and other outings, Monitor client’s overall condition and report any significant changes, medication reminders as per doctor’s orders and maintain medication records, Assist with mobility and physical exercises, Help with shopping and running errands, Provide transportation when necessary. Adhere to the professional standards, policies and procedures set out by the employer.

Respite

Respite care means taking a break from caring, while the person you care for is looked after by someone else.
It lets you the carer take time out to look after yourself and helps you from becoming exhausted and run down.
There are lots of respite care options. They range from getting a volunteer to sit with the person you look after for a few hours, to a more long term option, having a caregiver come over two to three times for week so that you the carer can go out on errands or just have a relaxing day. Performing duties listed on the care plan or as instructed by agency coordinator. Adhere to the professional standards, policies and procedures set out by the employer.

Urgent Home Care
Urgent home care covers a wide range of situations. Perhaps you’ve had a sudden change in your circumstances and can no longer care for yourself or your relative. Or, they may have fallen ill or suffered an injury. The main feature of urgent home care is that it can be provided at short notice.
Emergency home care is for anyone in urgent need of support, covering all facets of care, from completing daily tasks to assisting with appointments and more. Despite having a sudden change in circumstances, urgent home care allows your loved one to remain in the comfort of their own home whilst receiving professional care. This peace of mind removes stress, enabling them to continue living as independently as possible. End of life care

We work to provide holistic support to people we care for at the end of life. CCTH believes in the right to have compassion and dignity throughout life and we will support you and your family at this time. Ensuring that your wishes in terms of care are met and that we are a supporting presence and comfort to you and your family.
Aims of End of Life care at home:To allow you to remain at home in familiar surroundings and with loved ones. To provide emotional support, to provide companionship and friendship, to ensure that your dignity is protected at all times, and to allow you to make choices at all times about the care and support you receive.
Your care plan will detail your individual needs and wishes with regard to all of you or your loved ones care, medication reminders, eating and drinking. We will work closely with you and/or your family to provide you with any intervention method required and you or your loved ones wishes regarding this documented and discussed with your family where appropriate.
