Getting to know us:

Hello I am Abigail Hernandez (top picture) and I am Inez Melendez (bottom picture) we are sisters who grew up in a faith based home, we were taught that helping others is in part of why we are here. Our parents taught us by being examples of what it meant to help others. Growing up we knew what it meant to not have in abundance, and to share what little we had to bless another. Being able to help others is in our blood. At CCTH, we believe that every individual deserves care that honors their dignity, respects their values, and nurtures their spirit. Rooted in faith and guided by compassion, our agency is dedicated to providing the home care services that promote physical well-being and emotional support. Our mission is to serve our clients with the same love and compassion that we would show our own family members.
